Characteristics: The “O”s in CORREOS appear too broad. Only one example is known and a clear full handstamp is not available. However, “HABILTADO” and “CENTs” appear to only have partial strikes. “CE” of “CENTs” missing. The lettering in “CENTS” appears to short in height. The “O” in “HABILITADO” appears large and with a greater gap to the upper inner frame line. |
