Characteristics:

The period under “s” of “CENTS” is a short dash.

The “9” in the date appears upright with a vertical downstroke,

the “7” also appears more upright compared to the original.

The “A”s in “PARA appear slightly larger than normal.

The "H" of "HABILITADO" is positioned high relative to the "C" in "CENT", the genuine is below the "C".
